this weeks senior training

Please note: Both sessions are subject to weather conditions: Tuesday: Leave the centre at 7.15 pm and head towards ONE: Meeting at the bus stop by stannah lifts. Session: 1 km reps with 1 min recovery. Thursday: leave the centre at 7.15 pm and warm up around Mill Vale Loop. Session on the centre’s playing field: 2 x 1 / 2 x 2 / 2 x 3 / 2 x 2 / 2 x 1 min all with appropriate recovery.
