Senior Training, London Marathon Update.

Senior training: Tuesday: Leave centre at 7.15 pm and head towards ONE meeting at the bus stop near Stannah lifts: Session: 2 x 6 min then 2 x 5 min with 1 min recovery.

Thursday: Leave centre at 7.15 pm and head towards Warburton’s Ind. Est. Session:  4 x 2 min / 4 x short hills on 25 secs, jog recovery back down / then 4 x 1 min with 1 min recovery to finish.

London Marathon 2018 Update: The club now has one place left in which club members – who have their proof of rejection notice – can pass onto any one of the committee members. The draw for the last place will take place on Monday 4th December, during the monthly committee meeting. If you are in – Good Luck!
