Senior Training & Info.

Sessions by Steve Robertson: Tuesday. Leave the centre at 7.15pm. Warm up & head towards One North East & the Bus Stop around by the NHS building. Session: 5 x 4 mins with 1 min recovery. Warm down back to the centre.

Thursday. Leave centre at 7.15pm and warm up around the Mill Vale loop. As per last week head, towards the public footpath on the opposite side of the road to Warburton’s Ind Estate. All meet just beyond the bridge. Thursday New Location
Session: 10 x 90 secs with one min recovery. Warm down back to the centre.
