senior training w/c 25th September

Tuesday: Leave centre at 7.15pm and warm up, heading towards One North East. Please meet at the bus stop between Stannah Lifts & NHS building. Session: 4 x 5mins with 1 min recovery. Warm down back to the centre.
Thursday: Leave centre at 7.15pm and warm up around locality. All runners meet at the bottom of the ‘first hill‘ on Grange Road. Session: 10 hill reps – approx. 75 secs. Jog recovery back down the hill. Warm down back to centre.
