Senior Training w/c Sept 18th

Tuesday: Leave the centre at 7.15pm – Warm up and head towards the top of Wallbottle Bank. 23 mins of running. Warm down back to the centre.
Thursday: Leave centre at 7.15pm – Warm up and head towards Warburton’s Ind. Est. 4 x 2 mins / 4 x short hill / 4 x 1 min. All with recovery. Warm down back to the centre.
Wednesday 20th Sept: Update from Tuesday’s training evening: For those who ran the timed 5km loop on Wallbottle bank, enclosed are the runners times, from Tom’s stopwatch. Winter 5K
