Senior Training: w/c 11th September.

Tuesday 12th September: Leave centre at 7.15pm. Warm up towards One North East. All meet at the bus stop between “the One North East building & Stannah Lifts”.

Session:  3 x 6 mins 30 secs with 2 min recovery. Warm down back to the centre. 

Thursday 14th September: Leave the centre at 7.15pm. Warm up around Blaney Row. Session on playing field:

Pyramid session of: 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 with 1 min recovery between each effort on the field. Warm down on the playing field or Blaney Row.
