This weeks senior training

Tuesday 1st August. Leave centre at 7.15pm. Warm up by heading for the pylon at ONE. 5 X 4 mins with 90 secs recovery. Thursday 3rd August. Leave centre at 7.15pm. Warm up around Blaney Row. Pyramid session on playing field: 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 mins all with 1 min recovery.
