Sessions by Tom Hanson. Tuesday: Leave centre at 7.15pm. Warm up & head towards One North East (keeping on the footpath nearest the river-side).
The starting point is a different location: Please all meet at the ‘large pylon’: ONE. Pylon Location. Session is 4 x 5 mins, with recovery.
Note: For those runners who wish to have a shorter warm up. Drive to the Feel Good Café car park & then jog down towards the pylon location on the estate. Should only take 3 or 4 mins. Warm up in this area.
Thursday: For non- Blaydon Race runners: From the centre at 7.15pm: A warm up around the centre & Blaney Row. Then: 1.1 miles: then 5 short hills: then 1.1 miles. All timed but no recovery.
