Tuesday 7th July – One North East – 1×6 Mins with 2 Mins recovery, 1×5 Mins with 2 Mins recovery, 2×3 Mins with 1 Minute recovery, 1×2 mins with 1 Minute recovery, then 1×1 Minute to end.

Thursday 9th July – Walbottle Bank – Top Loop, 23 Minutes running.
