Tuesday 22nd July – One North East-1×6 Minutes with 2 Mins recovery, 1×5 Minutes with 90 secs recovery, 2×3 Minutes with 75 secs recovery, 1×2 Minutes with 1 Minute recovery, then 1×1 Minute

Thursday 24th July – Centre Field-2×3 Minutes with 90 secs recovery, then 6 x Farm Hill, with jog recovery, 2×3 Minutes with 90 secs recovery.
