10th 4 x 5 mins 1 min recovery  Bus Stop

12th  Pyramid Hill

17th  23 mins Walbottle Loop

19th  Circuits  5  x 2 mins field

24th  2 x 5 + 2 x 4 + 2 x 3 mins  Bus Stop

26th 4 x 2 mins + 5 x Short Hills + 4 x 1 min:  Warburton’s

1st Oct will see the start of the Winter 5 km handicaps
