Senior sessions for Tuesday 25th and Thursday 27th

Tuesday 25th. Due to the darker nights closing in we’re starting back at the bus stop just beyond Stanners at One North East. The session will be 6 x 3 minutes with 1 min recovery.

Thursday 27th. Pyramid hill session of 20,30,40,50,60,70,60,50,40,30,20 secs with jog back recovery. After warm up meet at hill just before the sports centre beside the allotments.

This seasons Harrier League begins at Wrekenton on Saturday 29th. We’ve registered a lot of runners for this season so it would be great to see a good turnout.
