Tuesday 14th: 4 x 5 mins with 2 min recovery. After warm up meet at Pylon at One North East
Thursday 16th: 2 x 1 min, 2 x 2 min, 5 x short hills, 2 x 2 min, 2 x 1 min at Warburtons
