Senior Training: Next 2 weeks

Tuesday 8th May: Leave the centre at 7.15 pm. Warm up heading towards the Pylon at One North East.  2 x 1.5 miles starting at the pylon. After each interval – 2 min recovery.

Thursday 10th May. Leave the centre at 7.15 pm. Warm up around Blayney Row. On Playing Field:  2 x 1 / 2 x 2 / 2 x 3 / 2 x 2 / 2 x 1  minutes all with 1 min recovery.

Tuesday 15th  May: Warm up ready & back to the centre for 7.35 pm. A club 5 km run starting at the activity centre.

Thursday 17th May: Leave centre at 7.15 pm. Warm up heading towards Warburton’s Ind. Est.

Session: 4 x 2 mins (with recovery) Then 5 short Hills (approx. 25 to 30 secs + jog recovery back down) then to finish: 4 x 1 min (with recovery).
