Club Constitution

Hello Elswick Harrier Members. The club’s committee have been busy at work updating the club’s constitution document. This updated document was approved at the committee meeting on Monday 7th January 2019. The document was today formatted and E-signatures added. The constitution document is now live and available to view.

In addition, there is also a new guidance document for club related matters. This will assist committee members as they go about fulfilling their obligations on behalf of the club.

2019 Blyth 10 km road race: Last Call & Subscription fees for 2019 (Updated).

Hello Team Elswick. The ever popular Blyth 10 km Road Race is almost a sell out event. If you are looking to take part in a spring 10 km opener, this is a race for you: But be quick, as entries have almost sold out. A popular, well hosted event by Blyth Running Club. The coastal course is flat, with an opportunity to post a fast time: A canny goody bag awaits all finishers & extensive prize list for the podium winners: What’s not to like?

The BMAF organisation are using the 2019 event as a championship race, so for athletes over the age of 35, there are medals to be won.

After last night committee meeting (Monday 7th January) the club has updated the club subscription fees: Un-changed are: Adults £55. Juniors aged 10 to 17 £35. 

In addition: Over 65’s £35. Un-waged £35. Full Time Students £35. Social or Non Competing Under 65’s £40. Non-Competing Over 65’s £20. Full details regarding actual payment to the club treasurer, is under the tab heading of ‘2019 subs due’. Thank you.
